Boiler gave up the ghost over the weekend. Called Julian who looked at the 16 year old boiler Sunday.
Gave us two options. Repair pump and leak or install new boiler with a ten year warranty.
Rang Julian Monday and arranged installation of a new Worcester combi boiler the following day.

Called them out for a service and to look at a hot water fault on my combi-boiler. A different, local boiler repair company had advised that we needed a new boiler for £2k+. Pegasus established that my boiler was actually still covered under warranty from Worcester-Bosch, so I was able to get the fault fixed free of charge by the manufacturer (and it was a simple fix), and just paid Pegasus for the call out and service, saving me a couple of grand! Had a leak on my electric boiler. Called Julian and emailed Teresa both were excellent. Answered my call and replied to my emails within minutes. Their boiler man resolved the leak and got it working again all within a couple of hours from making the initial call - 10/10! Thank you guys!
